FAQ
What are floaters?
Floaters are the squiggly lines that sometimes appear across our line of sight. Flashes and floaters are often a normal occurrence, but may also signal more serious retinal problems. Contact us with any concerns, or to schedule a dilated eye exam.
How long will my appointment take?
This depends on the reason for your visit. If you are visiting us for the first time, your visit will take a little longer than would a routine eye exam. For our more extensive procedures, contact us for more information on how much time you should set aside.
Do I really need an eye exam if my vision is good?
Yes – regular eye exams are important to ensure optimum eye health. Many diseases of the eye don’t cause symptoms in the early stages. Regular eye appointments will help lead to early detection, which means a better outcome for you and your vision.
